Live Rome like a local, with calm and curiosity:

The Casilina neighbourhood, located in the eastern part of Rome, offers you a taste of the real Rome, dynamic and authentic. Although not in the tourist heart, it is an area rich in life, services and popular character.

📍I am connected to the centre by tram, bus and line C of the metro, which allows you to reach the main attractions with a bit of planning. The journey to the historic centre or Termini Station is an opportunity to observe the changing city, discovering less-trodden views.

-Towards the Historic Centre (e.g. Colosseum, Forums): By bus and then continuing with metro C or urban buses, you can reach the centre in about 35-50 minutes, depending on connections and traffic.
-Towards Termini Station: about 25-40 minutes.

🛒 Services at your fingertips: Nearby you will find supermarkets, shops, typical restaurants, bars and local markets, as well as parks and green areas, to experience daily Roman life.

😎 If you appreciate authenticity, wish to avoid tourist crowds, and are not in a hurry to reach Rome's icons, this is your perfect base. We offer you an immersion into the city's real life, with the convenience of a well-equipped apartment and the opportunity to explore Rome at a more relaxed pace.
